In 2010 we christened this the “Evening Chocolate Tour”, but it could
better be described as "the best of chocolate everything". Rather
than just chocolates you would find in a typical chocolate box (truffles,
pralines, caramels, fondants), you'll sample the best of chocolate in all its
forms: from a freshly roasted cocoa bean to chocolate bars, hot chocolate,
gelato, a you-won’t-believe-it’s-dairy-free sorbet, truffles, brownies and a
bespoke chocolate cocktail in a secluded London bar.
This is the perfect tour for a date or company
event, especially if one of your party is less convinced how much they like
chocolate! You will learn how chocolate
goes from a fruit to a delicious truffle and sample most of the stages along
the way. Approximately half of this
three-hour tour you will be seated (at the beginning and the end).
The Evening Chocolate Tour starts in Covent
Garden in a place where chocolate is made from the cocoa bean on site, and travels through Soho to Piccadilly, wandering past a varied array of
architecture and street culture that your guide will point out and share her stories of. The tour finishes in the bar where
you are welcome to remain and have more bespoke cocktails created for you!
